SubSweep

Private by design · PayPal sandbox + Claude

Your money is leaving quietly.

Drop a bank or PayPal statement. SubSweep finds the subscriptions you forgot, doubled up on, or that crept up in price, explains each in plain English, and drafts the message. You decide. It never cancels or sends anything.

Drop your statement here

A CSV export from your bank, credit card or PayPal. We detect the format for you.

  • Bank CSV
  • PayPal activity
  • Card (debit / credit columns)

Everything is processed on this computer and statements are never saved. Only two things can leave it, and only if you turn them on: PayPal sandbox calls, and short redacted text sent to Claude for explanations (add a key to enable; otherwise built-in text is used).

How it works

Your statement is noise. We clean every line.…then find the rhythm. And flag what looks wrong.

An animation shows messy bank descriptions such as "NETFLIX.COM LOS GATOS CA REF 884732" being cleaned to "Netflix", lined up into monthly rows, and then a Netflix price rise from 15.49 to 17.99 dollars and a duplicate Streamly plan being flagged.

What it finds

Five ways money slips away.

The rules we hold ourselves to

You always make the final call.

Nothing happens without you

No automatic cancelling, no emails sent for you. Drafts are text for you to review and send, and PayPal changes happen on PayPal.

The AI can't invent numbers

Every amount and date is computed first. The model only words it, and anything that doesn't match your data is thrown away.

Local and honest

Card and account numbers are redacted before anything is sent. Guesses are labelled as guesses, and you can mark "still using".
